Directions to IFH Hickory: From I40, take Hwy. 321 North, go to the third traffic light and turn right. Go to the yield sign and turn right onto 12th St. Drive NW. IFH is one block on the right.
Hours of Operation:
- Receiving – 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Shipping – 5:00 pm – 6:30 am
- Customer Pick-Up – 7:30 am – 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm – 4:00

Directions to IFH Florence:
From I95, take EXIT 170 (SR 327) towards Myrtle Beach. Go about 1/10 of a mile and turn left on Florence Harllee Blvd (just past the Holiday Inn Express). Go 7/10 of a mile on Florence Harllee Blvd and turn left onto Bill Crisp Drive. Go 2/10 of a mile and the IFH entrance is on the right. Enter the facility at the Guard House and check in with Security.

- Shipping – 7:00 pm – 5:00 am
- Product Pick-Up -- Please contact your District Sales Rep or call a Customer Service Rep. All orders must be placed in advance.
